Lucas grew up on the campus of NCTA, and attended the Academy from kindergarten through 12th grade. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.S. in Religion, and is currently completing a Masters degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. As the Campus Pastor at NCTA, Lucas’ passion is to see young people follow Jesus and boldly share His gospel of real peace and joy wherever they go. As the Director of Development, he carries on the mission his grandfather began. By sharing the crucial work of NCTA with caring donors, NCTA will continue to produce future leaders with integrity and compassion. Lucas is married to his wife, Natalie, and they have 2 young children.
