Mrs. Adair is a native of Michigan and graduated from Eastern Michigan University. She worked at one of the world’s largest history museums outside Detroit and the National Park Service in Virginia, where she developed educational programs for local children and international school groups. She also served in the U.S. Army, which is how she met her husband (a native of Texas). They have a ranch with a variety of livestock and two children who attend NCTA.
